FOR THE HIGH TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY We're Arizona's leading association of human resources compensation professionals in high tech industries. Arizona Industrial Compensation Association (AICA) was formed in the summer of 1979 as a “means to exchange information relative to all matters of common interest within the field of Compensation and to foster and advance the professional development of individuals engaged in this discipline.” AICA facilitates problem solving during growth, stagnant, and declining job markets within the high tech industry The word “Industrial” was adopted to preserve the manufacturing character of members and assure topics of mutual interest. The original goal of awareness of community, methodology, and peers continues to be the current theme. AICA was the first local group to establish a single (third party) manufacturing salary survey. Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month, in the Phoenix area.
